Where is the output speed sensor located ? Is it inside the trans. Pan on the valve body or what on the external of the transmission ?

Well, there are two. The rear axle speed sensor is entry for vehicle speed and other rate related functions including ABS operation.the transmission speed sensor tracks output column rpm. This is intake for part upshifts.It is situated on left behind of transmission. Spedifically on the OD unit housing. That is readilly avaliable from plenty of parts stores and is inexpensive.
